How quickly will our order be shipped/received?

Your order will be sent the same day as the order is placed if the order is placed before 2:30pm. Delivery will usually take 1 business day when ordering from a metro location. Country locations will take a couple days longer. Western Australia may take a week as we are located in Victoria.

What is your refund policy?

We accept refunds returned to us within 30 days of ordering the item(s) ONLY if the item(s) are unopened and unused. Return shipping costs will be on the customer and the returned item MUST be sent with a tracking number. Before returning your item(s), please contact us to get a RA (Return Authorisation) number. Please write this number clearly on the packaging of the item(s) you are returning.
