How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our easy to navigate website with ease. Alternatively, you can shoot us an email at sam@mastermed.net.au .
How quickly will our order be shipped/received?
Your order will be sent the same day as the order is placed if the order is placed before 2:30pm. Delivery will usually take 1 business day when ordering from a metro location. Country locations will take a couple days longer. Western Australia may take a week as we are located in Victoria.
How do you ship your items?
We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway.
How do we pay for our purchases?
For your security, we accept PayPal which is one of the safest payment options on today’s market. We also accept Visa and MasterCard via eWay which is also well known for their online security.
What is your refund policy?
We accept refunds returned to us within 30 days of ordering the item(s) ONLY if the item(s) are unopened and unused. Return shipping costs will be on the customer and the returned item MUST be sent with a tracking number. Before returning your item(s), please contact us to get a RA (Return Authorisation) number. Please write this number clearly on the packaging of the item(s) you are returning.
If the goods you received are faulty, please contact us right away and you will be refunded .
